An exciting day today in St. Brigid’s! We have been monitoring our water fountain closely this week and today it showed us that as a school we have saved just over 100000 plastic bottles by refilling our own bottles! Huge congrats to our pupils, Emily and Jane, who were both awarded Certificates of Commendation in this years Texaco Art Competition.
The children in 5th class Room 28 designed and created a fantastic set of tracks and coded spheros to travel along them.
The whole school came out to wave off our fantastic 6th class pupils on their final day in St. Brigid’s.The day started with a beautiful graduation ceremony in our school hall, followed by refreshments in the classrooms, a final walk around the school and a prayer service in our wonderful church wit

Such excitement on Monday morning to see two ice cream vans roll into St. Brigid’s! We wanted to say a big thank you to all our pupils for all their hard work and great behaviour this year. They have been brilliant! They all enjoyed a big whipped ice cream cone in the warm weather.

A fantastic morning was had by all our pupils from 1st to 6th in Russell Park on Thursday for Sports Day! A huge thanks to Mr. Doyle for organising all the activities and races for everyone.
We had two very special visitors from the winning Leinster Minor B Ladies Dublin Football team to our sports day today in Russell Park. Thanks to Aoibh Doyle and Róisín Kirby for joining us, helping out and chatting to our 5th and 6th class girls.
